L'APL et le Royal College of Art sont heureux de lancer l’annuel Concours d’Art!
Young Art 2024 propose cette année le thème
OUR LIVING WORLD
Exposition au prestigieux Royal College of Art
“The importance of art in the school curriculum cannot be overstated, it helps prepare children for their future life and makes that life richer. The Young Art exhibition is part of that process as well as providing funds, through your generosity, to help with UCL’s vital research into childhood cancer.” - Prof Ken Howard OBE RA - Former Judge and Patron of Young Art
Tout le monde participe - de la MS à la Terminale
Le Lycée entre en compétition avec de nombreux collèges et écoles du Royaume Uni pour ce concours national.
Modalités du concours:
- Remettre son oeuvre originale au secrétariat de l’école (primaire) ou à la vie scolaire (secondaire) accompagné d’un entry form (à télécharger ci-dessous) dûment complété et d’un don de £2 scotchés au verso du dessin.
- format de l’oeuvre: A4 / primaire et jusqu’au A3 / secondaire
- Extension de la limite pour remettre son oeuvre au 15 janvier 2024.
Les oeuvres sélectionnées par le jury du RCA sont exposées au Royal College of Art du 23 au 26 avril 2024.
Les oeuvres non sélectionnées restent en compétition pour le concours d’Art du Lycee organisé par l’APL.
Bien lire le règlement avant de commencer: par exemple photographie ou images générées par ordinateur ne sont pas admis (retrouvez toutes les informations relatives aux modalite ci-dessous, ainsi que le guide d'inspiration).
Tous les dons vont à UCL, Institute of Child Health Great Ormond Street Hospital au profit de la recherche contre le cancer.
Quelques chiffres de Young Art 2022:
- Parmi les distinctions et Prix remportés en 2023 par des élèves du LFCG: 1er prix - catégorie 12 ans et 2eme prix - catégorie 16 ans
- Plus de 800 oeuvres sélectionnées
- Plus de 7600 participants âgés de 4 à 18 ans dans + de 90 écoles
- £52.000 levés par le RCA en 2023 pour Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity!

Everyone is invited to take part - from MS to Terminale
The Lycée enters this annual national competition alongside many schools and colleges in the UK.
Terms of the competition:
- Hand in your artwork in person at the secrétariat (primaire) or at the vie scolaire (secondaire) with the entry form (to be downloaded below) duly filled with your details and a contribution of £2, both taped at the back of your artwork.
- size requirements: A4 / primaire and up to A3 / secondaire
- Deadline extension to hand in your artwork: 15 January 2024
Artworks selected by RCA’s jury are displayed at the Royal College of Art Exhibition from 23 to 26 April 2024.
All works that haven’t been selected stay in competition for the concours d’Art at the Lycée organised by the APL.
Please read carefully all requirements: for example photography or computerised images are not allowed (competition rules and inspirational letter available below)
All donations go to UCL, Institute of Child Health Great Ormond Street Hospital to help research into childhood cancer.
